The first is the pulp preparation stage. Select high-quality coniferous pulp and hardwood pulp, and carry out pulping treatment separately. The beating degree of coniferous pulp is controlled at 60-65%, and the beating degree of hardwood pulp is controlled at 55-60%. Then, the pulp is prepared according to a certain ratio (such as coniferous pulp: hardwood pulp = 25-40: 75-60), and appropriate auxiliary materials such as fillers, cationic starch, AKD and retention aids are added.

Then enter the pulping and screening stage. The mixed pulp is purified and put on the net, and dehydrated and formed in the net. After that, it is pressed and pre-dried, and the surface temperature of the drying cylinder is controlled at 90-130°C, so that the dryness of the paper reaches about 96%.

Then it is coated and sizing. Coating with a specific formula and solid content is applied on the front of the paper, and the coating amount is controlled. Sizing is applied on the back, using oxidized starch, etc.

Then it enters the post-drying stage, and the temperature of the drying cylinder is controlled according to different coating requirements, and the dryness of the paper is adjusted to the appropriate range. After that, calendering and finishing are carried out, and the appropriate hot roller temperature and line pressure are selected to calender the paper to improve the appearance and performance of the paper.

Finally, the winding process is to roll up the paper that has undergone a series of treatments to obtain qualified quick-drying thermal sublimation transfer paper.
