Product Advantages
Professional-grade 120gsm high-weight substrate
The thickened paper structure ensures zero penetration in high-speed printing, perfectly carries high-concentration ink, presents oil painting-level gradients and micro details (such as accurate restoration of 0.1mm lines), and eliminates the problem of pattern blurring.
01
Instant drying microporous coating technology
The microporous coating increases the ink absorption speed by 50%, dries in 30 seconds at room temperature, does not require pre-drying equipment, increases production efficiency.
02
Ultra-high temperature tolerance and durability
Adapt to 210-230℃ pressing environment, transfer rate up to 95%, pattern passes 10,000 abrasion tests.
03
Full scene compatible design
Supports Water-based dye sublimation inks, suitable for high-speed industrial printers such as Roland, Mimaki, and Kornit, and seamlessly connects to automated production lines.

FAQ
Q: 1. How should I store instant dry sublimation paper?
A: Store unused sublimation paper in a cool, dry area, out of direct sunlight with the origin packing.
Q: 2. Is instant dry sublimation paper sensitive to humidity in the air?
A: Sublimation paper holds an enormous amount of moisture and humid air is not great for it. Exposure to humid air causes the sublimation paper to absorb it like a sponge. This results in image bleeding, uneven transfers and colour shifting.
Q: 3. Can we sublimate on dark fabrics?
A: Unfortunately no. Printing dye sublimation inks onto darker fabrics is still an issue. You cannot sublimate on dark fabrics because these materials are already colored. If you want to sublimate on any colorful fabric other than black, you can use a darker ink-like black and make your printing visible. DTF/ DTG can be used on dark fabrics.
Q: 4. My final printed sublimation design has white dots or specs.
A: These are likely caused from dust/ fiber particles on the paper or surface before printing. To avoid this in the future use a lint roller on any fabrics before sublimating and for hard surfaces you can wipe with alcohol to remove any residues or dust.
