How To Use Jumbo Roll Sublimation Transfer Paper
Step 1: Design your pattern using Photoshop, Illustrator, or other software.
Step 2: Adjust the printer parameters in the RIP software and print your pattern using our printer and ink.
Step 3: Turn on the switch of the powder shaker, the machine will automatically apply powder, dry, and fix the color.
Step 4: Use a heat press, set the temperature to 180 degrees and the time to 15 seconds for transfer.
Step 5: Remove the heat press and peel off the transfer paper.
About Sublimation Printing
* Store the used sublimation paper at 20°C -28°C and 40-60% RH and dehumidification equipment in the printing room.
* For the jumbo roll sublimation paper, the printing side is outward.
* Do test draws during the printing process to ensure ink fluency
* Allow the printing ink to dry before transferring.
* Open the heater and air-drying equipment when doing the winding.
