(1) We make testing for every lot of base paper to control the base paper's quality;
(2) After coated, during slitting and after slitting we also have testings. For every lot, we test at least 3 times.
(3) Out testings are including Physical Performance test, Drying Speed test, Curling Resistance test, Transfer Rate test and Application Performance test with different equipment to guarantee our quality.
(4) Order finished, we also have Final Products Random Inspection. For every order, we will keep paper sample at least 1 year. And our custom complaint rate is controlled within 1%.
